Treat the person across the board with respect.
Keep conversation welcoming
Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, obscene content, spam, impersonation, and sharing another person’s private information are not allowed. Do not use player names, table titles, or messages to target others. A basic text filter blocks some abusive language; it cannot detect every harmful message.
Play fairly
Do not use outside AI assistance during human games, manipulate ratings, or exploit bugs. Computer opponents are clearly labelled. Use scoring appeals for disputed results instead of arguing in chat.
Report and block
Use a player’s safety menu to report conduct or block contact. Include the table and message details in your report. You can also contact support@badukonline.com. Do not repeat harmful personal information unnecessarily.
How moderation works
The operator reviews reports and may remove a player’s messages or suspend their ability to play and chat. Suspension ends any active game. You may ask support to review a moderation decision. Reports do not automatically impose a penalty, and a basic filter or account suspension cannot prevent every attempt to evade moderation.
